COME NOW, Plaintiff SniperAllStar1, by and through counsel, in pursuant to 1 R. Stat. §
3316, Plaintiff hereby petitions for order of delinquency against Defendant Eara4a4.
AFFIDAVIT
I, Sawyeriez, do hereby swear under the pains and penalties of perjury that the statement
contained within this affidavit is, to the best of my knowledge, the truth, the whole truth and
nothing but the truth.
I. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I understand if I lie in this
statement, I may be criminally liable. This statement is accurate to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
II. On the 20th of July, 2024, Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant Eara4a4. On the 22nd of
June, 2024, counsel for the Plaintiff submitted their civil complaint.
III. Defendant was served with a summons on the 23rd of July, 2024.
IV. A response to the complaint was due on the 29th of July 2024 at noon EST - as set by His
Honor ArthurSprings.

V. Defendant Eara4a4 jointly failed to plead to the civil complaint within the allocated time
and are therefore in default.
VI. The Plaintiff submitted their default package on July 29th, 2024.
VII. His Honor Magistrate ArthurSprings granted default judgment, ordering the Defendant to
pay six thousand five hundred fifty three dollars ($6,553) to Plaintiff SniperAllStar1 on
July 30th, 2024.
VIII. Seven days later, August 6th, 2024, Defendant failed to pay the Plaintiff.
IX. Plaintiff hereby incorporates all prior pleadings in support of this affidavit and petition.
CONCLUSION
Of the aforementioned reasons, this court shall grant this petition for order of
delinquency against Defendant Eara4a4.
