MOTION FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT
Plaintiff SniperAllStar1 ("Sniper" or "Plaintiff"), by and through counsel, submits this motion
for entry of default.
1. DEMAND - Punitive. $5000 in damages from Defendant Eara4a4.
2. DEMAND - Compensatory. $428 in damages from Defendant Eara4a4.
3. DEMAND - Declaratory Judgment. Declaratory Judgement that Defendant Eara4a4
wrongfully took the life of Plaintiff SniperAllStar1.
4. DEMAND - Fees. $125 in fees of the Plaintiff filing this civil action against Defendant
Eara4a4.
5. DEMAND - Fees. $1800 in legal fees for the Plaintiff’s attorney of record.

AFFIDAVIT
I, Sawyeriez, do hereby swear under the pains and penalties of perjury that the statement
contained within this affidavit is, to the best of my knowledge, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but
the truth.
1. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I understand if I lie in this
statement, I may be criminally liable. This statement is accurate to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
2. On the 20th of July, 2024, Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant Eara4a4. On the 22nd of
June, 2024, counsel for the Plaintiff submitted their civil complaint.
3. Defendant was served with a summons on the 23rd of July, 2024.
4. A response to the complaint was due on the 29th of July 2024 at noon EST - as set by His
Honor ArthurSprings.
5. Defendant Eara4a4 jointly failed to plead to the civil complaint within the allocated time
and are therefore in default.
6. Plaintiff hereby incorporates all prior pleadings in support of this affidavit and motion.
