SETTLEMENT
Plaintiff State of Ridgeway and defendants Avenger Real Estate and TheAvengerNick agree to the
following settlement below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. TheAvengerNick shall pay $3,000.00 in Ridgeway currency to the State of Ridgeway, represented by
insertreality, before 08/14/2024.
2. Avenger Real Estate shall regularly monitor property sale listings in their discord, and when Avenger Real
Estate discovers a listing which sells or offers to sell a property for a price that is higher than allowed under
the Fair Housing Act of 2024, Avenger Real Estate will promptly delete the listing from the discord. Further,
if Avenger Real Estate discovers a listing which offers to sell a property but doesn’t list the price with the
offer, Avenger Real Estate will promptly delete the listing from the discord.
3. Insertreality agrees that his office (the Ridgeway Department of Justice) will not pursue criminal charges
against TheAvengerNick for any violations of the Fair Housing Act of 2024 that he may have committed
prior to this settlement.
4. The case (RSC-CV-3213) shall be dismissed with prejudice.
5. This settlement shall constitute a binding contract, and both parties acknowledge that any violation of it may
be remedied through the legal system.
