I, BrendaPopplewell, declare as follows–
1. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I have personal knowledge of
the facts written in this statement. I understand that if I lie in this statement, I may be held
criminally responsible. This statement is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. I am an attorney licensed to practice law before all courts in the State of Ridgeway. I have
appeared as counsel for Plaintiff in the above-captioned action. I caused the summons and the
Complaint to be served upon Defendant by Discord direct messages to JamesGardai, Techiey,
and Stickza on July 9, 2024, at 12:39 CET, and proof of such service is attached hereto.
3. All parties required to be served have been served.
