CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER
1. The orders and rulings entered by Magistrate Judge bommes in this matter, and all actions and
consequences thereby associated, are vacated.
2. Leave to amend the complaint, moved by the plaintiff on the 18th of July, 2024, is denied. The
currently accepted complaint was filed by the plaintiff with this court on July 2nd, 2024.
3. I find it appropriate that the defendant in this matter, following the recent upheaval in his case, be
afforded an opportunity to respond appropriately, or to allow the government to file a motion to
intervene if the case may be, despite the original timeline issued. Accordingly, a response to the
complaint is due on July 25th, 2024. A motion to intervene will be seen as timely if filed by the
response deadline.
