I, Sawyeriez, do hereby swear under the pains and penalties of perjury that the statement contained within
this affidavit is, to the best of my knowledge, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
1. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I understand if I lie in this statement, I
may be criminally liable. This statement is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. On the 22nd of June, 2024, Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant Proceed101. On the 23rd of June,
2024, counsel for the Plaintiff submitted their civil complaint.
3. Defendant was served with a summons on the 24th of June, 2024.
4. A response to the complaint was due on the 29th of June 2024 at noon EST - as set by His Honor
boomes.
5. Defendant Proceed101 jointly failed to plead to the civil complaint within the allocated time and
are therefore in default.
6. Plaintiff hereby incorporates all prior pleadings in support of this affidavit and motion.
