Defendant, by and through the undersigned counsel, does file this response to the civil
complaint filed against him, alleging at all times the following:
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. As to paragraph one in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest.
2. As to paragraph two in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest, but denies
any tortious actions occurred.
PARTIES
3. As to paragraph three in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest.
4. As to paragraph four in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest.
5. As to paragraph five in the civil complaint, the defense offers contest.
FACTS
6. As to paragraph six in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest.
7. As to paragraph seven in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest.
8. As to paragraph eight in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest.
9. As to paragraph nine in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest.
10. As to paragraph ten in the civil complaint, the defense offers no contest.
FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION

13. Defense does not contest paragraph thirteen of the civil complaint.
14. Defense denies paragraph fourteen in its entirety.
15. Defense partially accepts and denies paragraph fifteen, arguing that while the
Plaintiff(s) did sign the contract, no breach of trust occurred.
16. Defense partially accepts and denies paragraph sixteen, arguing that while the
settlement did become grand jury evidence, no reputational harms were sustained,
nor can be quantified.
RELIEF
17. Defense contests and denies all claims for relief.
