MEMORANDUM DECISION
1. On June 15th, 2024, Defendant in this matter was served and summoned to this court for the
purposes of responding to a complaint filed on the same day.
2. On June 21st, 2024, default was entered against Defendant in this matter for failure to appear and
answer to the complaint, and a motion for default judgement was filed by the plaintiff on June
23rd.
3. The motion for default judgement is GRANTED with respect to paragraphs 1, 3, and 4, and
DENIED with respect to paragraph 2.
4. Defendant is ordered to pay five thousand four hundred eighty three dollars ($5,483) to Plaintiff
in compensation, punitive damages, and legal fees.
