COMPLAINT IN A CIVIL ACTION
PLAINTIFF, proceeding with counsel, alleges, for their complaint against the defendant, as follows:
PARTIES
1. Timbowalk13 (“Plaintiff”) is a resident of Ridgeway County. He is also a citizen of
the State of Ridgeway—his place of business and personal home address is unknown; but it is understood
that he resides within the applicable jurisdiction as hereinafter referenced and applied in this case.
2. EmilioACastillo (“Defendant”) is a resident of Ridgeway County. He is also a citizen of
the State of Ridgeway—his place of business and personal home address is unknown; but it is understood
that he resides within the applicable jurisdiction as hereinafter referenced and applied in this case.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
3. Plaintiff invokes the jurisdiction of the Superior Court contained in Article V, Section IV
of the state Constitution, giving jurisdiction for “all civil or criminal cases.”
4. Venue is proper as the conduct involved relates to a contractual obligation with choice of
law provisions indicating that the State of Ridgeway shall be the relevant venue for the
agreement, and the agreement was executed within the State of Ridgeway.
FACTS
5. On June 15th, 2024, Plaintiff Timbowalk13 was present at Palmer Car Dealership within his vehicle.
Alongside Defendant EmilioACastillo in his vehicle.

6. Upon exiting his vehicle, Mr. Timbowalk13 was immediately opened fire on by Defendant,
EmilioACastillo. Defendant used their Stetson Cardiac-5 to injure, and eventually kill Plaintiff without
legal justification.
7. Plaintiff attempted to equip his Cline 911 firearm upon being shot at in an act of self defense, but ran away
instead. In fear of his life.
8. As the Plaintiff fled for his life, the Defendant opened fire unjustly and unlawfully; ultimately killing the
Plaintiff.
COUNT ONE
WRONGFUL DEATH - 1 R. STAT. § 3109
The statute cited above this paragraph states the following:
9. All prior paragraphs within this complaint are incorporated as if they were fully set forth herein.
10. Wrongful Death is defined “Any individual who causes the death of another without legal cause or
justification shall be wrongful death”.
11. Defendant committed the act of Wrongful Death when he brutally killed Plaintiff outside the Palmer Car
Dealership, in an unjust and unlawful manner.
RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the court to grant relief to redress the injury as follows:
12. Declaratory relief declaring that Defendant EmilioACastillo wrongfully took the life of Plaintiff
Timbowalk13;
13. Award Plaintiff compensatory damages in the amount of three hundred fifty eight dollars ($358);
14. Award Plaintiff’s punitive damages of five thousand dollars ($5000);
15. Award Plaintiff’s cost of court of one hundred twenty five dollars ($125);
16. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper.
