OPINION AND ORDER
1. The plea of guilty is accepted and entered. Accordingly:
a. With respect to count one, second degree murder, contrary to 3 R.C.C. § 10, the court
finds the defendant guilty.
b. With respect to count two, petty theft, contrary to 4 R.C.C. § 3, the court finds the
defendant guilty.
2. The defendant is ordered to serve a term of imprisonment totalling 45 minutes in the custody of
the State.
3. The defendant will be eligible to expunge this conviction in 1 month pursuant to 1 R. Stat. §
2311.
