No. RSC-CV-3013 SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE ______It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties as follows– __1..__Enforcement, This Agreement, upon being stipulated, agreed, and entered into by the parties, as well as decreed and approved by this Court, is enforceable at law. In the event that either party violates the third or fifth clauses below, the Agreement shall be considered null and void and the action be immediately restored to the docket of this Court. Upon violation of the Permanent Restraining Order described below, TacticalDankPatriot understands that he will be subject to criminal sanctions by this Court including fine or imprisonment. __2..__Severability. In the event one or more terms of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in force. __3..__Payment. TacticalDankPatriot will pay CodeTheScripter the sum of two thousand eight hundred and seventy-five dollars ($2,875.00). __4..__PRO. The Court will enter a Permanent Restraining Order under 1 R. Stat. § 3114(ii) to enjoin and restrain TacticalDankPatriot from conducting unlawful searches and seizures. __5..__Waiver. The parties waive and release any claims or counterclaims against each other arising from the facts alleged in the Complaint. __6..__Status. This action is to be dismissed with prejudice under Ridgeway Rule of Civil Procedure 28(a)(2).
