IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY GAMERBOY2526239, Plaintiff, v. RATTUZO; Defendant. CASE NO. RSC-CV-3010 COMPLIANT IN A CIVIL ACTION HON. JUDGE ALEXJCABOT gamerboy2526239 (hereinafter referred to as “the Plaintiff”), proceeding by and through undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action for their allegations against rattuzo (hereinafter referred to as “the Defendant”) and allege as follows – STATEMENT OF FACTS 1. On May 7th, 2024, Plaintiff and Defendant entered into a Discord group chat regarding the transferring of an apartment on Plaintiff’s part, and a trailer home on Defendant’s part. This was arbitrated by Ectoplex (who is now community-banned from the State of Ridgeway). 2. After several deliberations on both sides, it was agreed that, instead of Defendant paying sixteen-thousand (16,000) Ridgeway Dollars, as well as an additional two-thousand (2,000) in commission for Ectoplex, both parties would swap their properties at equal value. LAW OFFICES OF TOBY & ASSOCIATES LEGAL FIRM 3. On the same day, Plaintiff presented to the group chat a House Buying Contract and a House Transfer Contract. Plaintiff requested a verbal signature, in the form of the sending of Defendant’s username by Defendant in the group chat, which they did. 4. Plaintiff attempted to schedule the transfer twice on 05/08, once on 05/09, and lastly on 05/10. Defendant failed to respond, not replying to Plaintiff’s final message on 05/10. 5. The Defendant failed to fulfill their obligations as stipulated in the House Transfer Contract presented and duly signed within the group chat. VENUE 6. This Court has jurisdiction under Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 7. The jurisdiction of this Court is invoked in equity. 8. Venue is proper in this Court because the events described in this Complaint took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 9. Plaintiff gamerboy2526239 is a Resident of the State of Ridgeway. 10. Defendant rattuzo is a Resident of the State of Ridgeway. LAW OFFICES OF TOBY & ASSOCIATES LEGAL FIRM TORTS ALLEGED FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION 1 R. Stat. § 3107 - Breach of Contract The statute cited above this paragraph states the following: 11. The Plaintiff incorporates all essential facts as part of this cause of action. 12. Under state law, “Any individual who breaches a contract they have signed with another party shall be a breach of contract and is liable for compensatory damages, injunctive relief, and punitive damages.” a. “(ii) If the breaching party is an individual person, then they shall be liable for compensatory damages; injunctive relief, and punitive damages up to $3,000” 13. On 05/10, Defendant failed to fulfill the property transfer stipulated in the House Transfer Contract after three days of deliberation. Thereafter, Defendant failed to respond to Plaintiff’s messages for three (3) weeks thereafter. 14. Defendant rattuzo is therefore liable for Breach of Contract and subject to the damages set forth above the same. Declare that Defendant rattuz wrongfully breached contract with Plaintiff gamerboy2526239; 16. Award Plaintiff compensatory and punitive damages; a. Plaintiff total damages of at least five-thousand (5,000) Ridgeway Dollars for the financial injury caused by Defendant’s breach of contract; 17. Award Plaintiff’s cost of court; 18.
