MEMORANDUM ORDER
On May 31, 2024, Petitioner Epidermisgupta69 ("Petitioner") was arrested by
Respondent Im_Thunderr ("Respondent") at a Bloxmart store in Palmer, Ridgeway County,
Ridgeway, for first-degree murder under § 3.09 of the Ridgeway State Criminal Code.
Petitioner brought the above Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus on June 2, 2024,
consistent with 1 R. Stat. § 2211 seeking relief in the form of an expungement of the arrest
record. Respondent has stated that he does not wish to contest the Petition.
