WAIVER OF ARRAIGNMENT
INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to the Fed. R. Crim. P. Rule 10(b), I, Trooper_Novich, hereby knowingly and
voluntarily waive my right to attend arraignment on the charges set forth in the Indictment in this
case. I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, discussed it with my attorney, and understand
that:
1. I have the right to attend all hearings in this case.
2. With consent of the court, I waive my appearance at arraignment.
3. I have received a copy of the indictment, and my attorney has discussed the
charges with me and maximum penalties that may be imposed if convicted.
4. I am pleading not guilty to all charges of the indictment.
For the reasons stated above, I ask the court to accept this as a waiver of arraignment.
