I was presiding over a Probable Cause Hearing at the Palmer City Hall where
several defendants came before me to challenge their arrests. As I was doing
so, AviaLyft continually acted contemptuous within my court, creating a
disturbance by jumping up and down out of his seat, blasting music, and
jumping over the bar into the court's well. After holding several people in
contempt for a variety of reasons I, extremely frustrated, stated, over
ROBLOX voice chat, that the next person to be held in contempt would be taken
out back and shot. This was meant to be a joke and I couldn't say it with a
straight face because I was laughing. When AviaLyft was cuffed by the
Corrections Officer, I said, again over voice chat, (meaning to be a joke)
"take this man out back and shoot him." I didn't expect them to actually do
it, but the two officers apparently took him downstairs and did what is
shown in the video.

Ok, we were at a OSC for a Contempt of Court charge, to which Arthur Chen was
presiding over. I was representing the accused, then he was let off. After he
was left off, Arthur told the cops to take him round back and shoot him,
which he meant as a joke. Then OhEmGees cuffed him and ran downstairs with
him to the underground parking under the Court. He then placed him against a
wall in the corner, the victim had his hands up, and started blasting a
beeping sound through the mic which people started shouting "bomb" which lead
to the officers shooting him dead. My client and I then signed an out of
court settlement regarding the incident

OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on April 24th, 2024, by and between:
AviaLyft
Ridgeway, USA
and
Hon. Arthur_Chen Ridgeway,
USA
Trooper_Novich, RCSO
Ridgeway, USA
Ofc. OhMyEffGees, PPD
Ridgeway, USA
(collectively referred to as the "Parties")
Recitals:
1. AviaLyft alleges that Arthur_Chen, Trooper_Novich, and OhMyEffGees are responsible for his
wrongful death on April 24th, 2024.
2. Arthur_Chen, Trooper_Novich, and OhMyEffGees deny any liability but desires to resolve the
matter amicably without admission of guilt or wrongdoing;
Parties agree as follows:
1. Arthur_Chen agrees to pay the total sum of Nineteen-Thousand United States Dollars to
AviaLyft as a full and final settlement of all claims related to the alleged wrongful death.
2. Upon receipt of the Settlement Amount, AviaLyft hereby releases and discharges
Arthur_Chen, Trooper_Novich, and OhMyEffGees and their agents, employees,
representatives, insurers, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, causes of
action, demands, liabilities, and obligations, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown,
arising out of or in any way connected with the alleged wrongful death on April 24th, 2024.
3. This Agreement is not an admission of liability by Arthur_Chen,
Trooper_Novich, or OhMyEffGees, and Arthur_Chen, Trooper_Novich, and Arthur_Chen,
Trooper_Novich, and OhMyEffGees expressly deny any liability or wrongdoing. This
Agreement is a compromise and settlement of disputed claims.
4. The Parties agree to keep the terms and conditions of this Agreement confidential and shall
not disclose any details to any third party, except as
AviaLyft, Arthur_Chen, Trooper_Novich, and OhMyEffGees Settlement Agreement

required by law. Parties reserve the right to initiate litigation on violation of this clause only.

5. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state
of Ridgeway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all
prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the
subject matter herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first
above written.

Yes, I've posted it here. From what I can recall, I don't believe Arthur
tried to do anything to stop them, he more sat back and watched it happen,
then said he was joking when he said take him down stairs and shoot him. Then
that's when the out of court settlement was signed, in his office as the
Annex building

At the day of the incident as shown in the video, I was talking with
Arthur_Chen, Tobyrulles4568, Palmer Police Department Officer OhMyEffGees,
and Ridgeway County Sheriffs Office, Correctional Officer Trooper_Novich, as
well as AviaLyft was in the back holding cell area, from what I recall is
that Tobyrulles4568 wanted to talk to AviaLyft about legal matters and went
down the steps heading into the underground hallway with the stairs down,
after he was finished talking with him, me and Trooper_Novich and OhMyEffGees
came over because he was being pretty loud over the Roblox Voice Chat,
playing sound effects and such. I don’t really recall what happened next but
I believe either Trooper_Novich or OhMyEffGees joked about shooting him, but
I believe this happened over VC. After that, the events that followed was
that Trooper_Novich, OhMyEffGees, and AviaLyft walked out to the underground
parking lot, where the rest of us followed suit to see if they were going to
actually do it as most of the group over heard it, I then saw AviaLyft get
into the corner and get on his knees with his hands up, and then started to
play a beeping sound effect, where both the CO and PPD officers drew their

guns and then AviaLyft started to yell “ I CONSENT” in chat, and yelling
about having a bomb, and then the events that happened in the video unfolded.
That’s as much as I remember, I have been pretty busy this week
so it really hasn’t stayed on my mind.
