DEFAULT ORDER
This court finds the Defendant in default in the aforementioned matter, and the request for relief shall be
awarded in full.
BACKGROUND
On June 3rd, 2024, at 4:31 PM MDT, the Plaintiff's civil complaint was accepted. The Plaintiff was then
ordered to draft and serve the summons, which was done the following day, June 4th, 2024, at 2:20 PM MDT.
The court allocated five days for the Defendant to appear.
On June 9th, 2024, the Defendant still had not joined the discord and had made no attempt to contact the
court or reply. The Plaintiff then submitted a default order on June 16th, 2024, where the Defendant again had
yet to make an appearance. During this time, while Mag. ArthurSprings (hereinafter Arthur) was in absentia,
Mag. insertreality took over and accidentally ordered a delinquency order on the Defendant. However, after
Arthur’s return and a quick conversation, it was quickly reversed.
CONCLUSION
Defendant Toronto_Laws is held in default failing to reply to the civil complaint within the time outlined
on the summons. They are ordered to pay 8, 100 in Ridgeway currency by July 5th, 2024.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
