I am Filturaes, the plaintiff in the aforementioned case, and I represent myself 2. On the 29th of May 2024, Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant police12w 3. On the 29th of May 2024, Defendant was served with a summons for the civil complaint 4. On the 29th of May 2024, the Defense filed a Motion to Dismiss, on the 30th of May 2024, the Motion to Dismiss was denied 5. Despite the denial of the motion to dismiss, Defendant has failed to file an answer or otherwise respond to the complaint 6. The Court moved onto pre-trial following the denial of the Motion to Dismiss 7. The Honorable AlexJCabot set a time frame for pre-trial at 48 hours, following a request by the Defense, pre-trial was extended to 72 hours 8.
