Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the
state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Second-Degree Murder)
I, SolusXervanis, a State Attorney duly employed to investigate and prosecute
criminal violations of law in the interest of the State of Ridgeway do find as
follows: On or about April 4th, 2024, in the municipality of Sterling, more
specifically 3300 Majellean Way, the Defendant, thetribe56, withdrew their
firearm, a Police-Issued Stetson-M2A, and discharged numerous shots, striking the
unarmed victim [FarmersMarketUse] successfully, resulting in their intentional
and deliberate death, in violation of R.C.C § 3.10 AGAINST THE PEACE,
GOVERNMENT, AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.

STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
1. My name is xXBoomblast339Xx, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of
Investigations as a Supervisory Special Agent. I’ve been employed in the state Bureau of
Investigations for almost two years. I’ve been with the Ridgeway State Police for a bit
longer than that. I’ve been in the investigative field for a considerable amount of time. I
formerly served as an Internal Affairs Investigator within RSP and I oversee RPS IA. I’m
a LETC Class 7 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state, I am also a
Bar Certified Attorney. I have probable cause to believe in the following:
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against thetribe56for violations
of the aforementioned statutes
3. On 04/07/2024, at approximately 2020 hours UTC, a civilian FarmersMarketUse
(henceforth the “victim”) was inside their house unarmed with his hands in the air when
thetribe56 (henceforth the “defendant”) shot and killed them while conducting their
duties as a state trooper.
4. Beginning with Exhibit A we see the victim is in a vehicle, engages in a shootout and is
killed by police. The victim then walks around for a while before eventually returning
inside a house of which they are a resident of. Inside is a similarly dressed civilian
dataglitchs with a Stetson Cardiac-5 submachine gun who we later in the video see has
shot and killed multiple police officers. The victim stands with their hands up in the
corridor created by the furniture at around 2:45 into the video. The defendant was stood
upon a piece of furniture peaking over the corridor when they suddenly opened fire on
the unarmed surrendering victim. After the death of the victim, the video transitions to
dataglitchs’ POV of the incident, which is when we see their shooting of police.
5. An interview was conducted with the complainant dataglitchs and is recorded in Exhibit
B. In the interview, the complainant confirms that infact the victim was unarmed and
under NLR.
6. An interview was conducted with the victim FarmersMarketUse and is recorded in
Exhibit C. In the interview, the victim confirms their statement included in the criminal
tip and states that he was attempting to leave when the incident occured.
7. The defendant was contacted for an interview and stated regarding the incident “It was a
huge mess because everyone was shooting. He put himself in the direct line of fire while
an active shooting was ongoing.”. The trooper went on to say ”I believed I had seen a
firearm in his possession.” and “upon seeing the perceived firearm, I immediately fired in
order to preserve my safety and others.” It is clear that the trooper failed to asses the
situation and opened fire on an unarmed man as a result
8. In conclusion, based on the evidence and statement made by the officer, complainant and
victim, it is evident that the actions of the defendant were unlawful, and they murdered
the victim, an unarmed civilian. This constitutes Second Degree Murder.
