CIVIL COMPLAINT

Name, proceeding with/without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the 20th of May, the defendant proceeded to drive in the opposite lane. (His left) As I
am making a right from RCSO.
2. I see the defendant and swerve into my left lane to avoid hitting him. He gets desynced.
3. Then he proceeds to get out along with another State officer, they shoot my car. I turn
around to get their usernames and to tell them they were in my lane, but they blow up my
car.
VENUE
1. This Court has jurisdiction under Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State
of
Ridgeway.
2. The jurisdiction of this Court is invoked in equity.
3. Venue is proper in this Court because the events described in this Complaint took place
within Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Syithzs Name is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. Chicken10135 Name is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
A. 8 R. Stat. § 1202 False Arrest
B. 1 R. Stat. § 3114 Misconduct
C. 1 R. Stat. § 3104 False Imprisonment
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 2 be as follows:
a. $3800 in ingame currency in actual, compensatory, and monetary damages
(3000 Misconduct + 800 compensatory for Property Damages)
3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 3 be as follows:
a. $3500 in ingame currency in compensatory damages
