CONSENT JUDGEMENT
Plaintiff Armaxnii (“Plaintiff”), appearing through his attorney, JamesGardai, and Defen
dant OmniGalaxy (“Defendant”), appearing through Notableants on behalf of the State of Ridge
way, having mutually assented on the record of this Court to a consent judgement in the form
of all relief granted in Plaintiff’s Complaint, and upon their petition of this Court to enter such
judgement, the Court finds as follows.
FINDINGS
1. That, though Defendant is named in his official capacity, relief consisting of monetary
damages must be recovered from Defendant in his individual capacity, in accordance with
1 R. Stat. § 3114(iii);
2. That Defendant is liable for the tort of Official Misconduct, and the citation issued by him
against Plaintiff was issued unlawfully;
3. That the citation charging Plaintiff with R. C. C. § 2.05 (Failure to Identify), issued by
Defendant on the date of May 23rd, 2024, and any existing arrest warrants issued relating to
the citation under R. C. C. § 2.06 (Failure to Pay Fines) are to be quashed and/or expunged
from Plaintiff’s record;
4. That Defendant OmniGalaxy, in his individual capacity, is hereby ORDERED by the Court
to pay punitive damages to Plaintiff, in the amount of $6,000, by or before the date of Sep
tember 18th, 2024;
5. And that Defendant OmniGalaxy, in his individual capacity, is hereby ORDERED by the
Court to pay all attorney’s costs and court fees to Plaintiff, in the amount of $6,000, by or
before the date of September 18th, 2024.
