ORDER
The court hereby finds both Defendants in default in the aforementioned matter, Plaintiff’s requested
relief shall be awarded in full.
BACKGROUND
On May 22nd 2024 at 11:25 PM EST, a civil action brought by Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, was filed
against Defendants. Less than an hour after filing, the Plaintiff served both Defendants with a summons,
ordering them to appear and submit a reply to the civil complaint within five days. Defendant
KDGaulden appeared, but failed to submit a reply to the civil complaint. Defendant NotUni_RX never
appeared.
On May 28th 2024, after the Defendants failed to submit a reply or make any real effort to submit a
reply, the Plaintiff filed a motion requesting that the Defendants be held in default under Rid. R. Civ. P.
37(a). The court allowed the Defendants forty-eight hours to reply.
Defendants never submitted a reply to the motion to hold the Defendants in default.
CONCLUSION
Both Defendants are held in default for failing to reply to the civil complaint within the time outlined on
the summons and are ordered to pay the Plaintiff the following amounts by June 6th 2024.
1. Defendant NotUni_RX is ordered to pay Plaintiff Robin5d $23,861.00 in Ridgeway currency by
the aforementioned date.
2. Defendant KDGaulden is ordered to pay Plaintiff Robin5d $72,817.00 in Ridgeway currency by
the aforementioned date.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
