charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
On or around April 3rd, 2024, in the municipality of Oakland, the defendant, Squids_Awakening drove
up towards the Pinkerton government employee [JosephRichmond] and a StudsPerSecond employee
[K4lTIYN] and then immediately discharged their firearm towards JosephRichmond and all shots
directly hit the victim [JosephRichmond] which resulted in their ultimate death.
COUNT TWO - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

On or around April 3rd, 2024, in the municipality of Oakland, the defendant, Squids_Awakening drove
up towards the Pinkerton government employee [JosephRichmond] and a StudsPerSecond employee
[K4lTIYN] and then immediately, after murdering JosephRichmond, ran up the StudsPerSecond van
trying to drive away and brutally, feloniously discharged multiple shots into the driver side of the vehicle
striking the victim [K4lTIYN] and resulted in their ultimate death.
COUNT TWO - 5 S.C.C § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
On or around April 3rd, 2024, in the municipality of Oakland, the defendant, Squids_Awakening
ultimately withdrew their firearm and unlawfully discharged multiple shots while in the commission of
two murders.
AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF CRIMINAL INFORMATION
1. My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigations as a Special
Agent. I’m currently employed within the State Bureau of Investigations and have been
previously employed in the State Bureau of Investigations for a year. I was with the Ridgeway
State Police for over a year during that time. I’ve been in the investigative field for a good
amount of time. I was formerly employed in PPD and I served as an Internal Affairs Investigator.
I’m a LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the
probable cause to believe in the following:
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against Squids_Awakening for
violations of the aforementioned statutes
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
1. On 05/02/2024, at approximately 20:21 hours, JosephRichmond observed the defendant killing
them and then killing another person who was an SPS Driver.
2. On May 2nd of 2024 and around 20:21 hours, the defendant “Squids_Awakening” killed two
people that were minding their own business with an illegal firearm that the defendant is not
allowed to possess. The video starts off with the complainant in a Pinkerton car and protecting an
SPS driver when they were doing their duties as an SPS driver, delivering packages to houses in
Ridgeway. The video then shows a vehicle enter the picture and then the defendant
“Squids_Awakening” getting out of the car and then proceeding to open fire upon the
complainant, striking them multiple times. The complainant can be seen getting out of their
vehicle and pulling their firearm, but they failed to do so, as the defendant “Squids_Awakening”
killed them before they could defend themselves. The defendant then goes after the SPS driver
after killing the complainant. The defendant “Squids_Awakening” is then seen shooting and
killing the SPS driver that was trying to do their duties. In the video it’s seen that the SPS driver
is trying to get out of harm's way and tries to drive off, but then is killed promptly after they tried
to move their vehicle. The defendant “Squids_Awakening” is then seen going over to the
complainant and then picking up their ammunition that they dropped upon dying due to getting
shot by the defendant.
3. I tried to interview the defendant “Squids_Awakening”, but they were giving me a hard time
during the process and stating that it was “edited” and that the complainant “shot him”. The
defendant then used several inappropriate remarks and from there I could tell that this
conversation wasn’t going to be fruitful. So, I decided to end the interview there and move onto
the other people that were involved in the situation.
4. I then interviewed the complainant and then they stated the situation that happened in simpler
terms and tried to answer my questions to the best of their ability. I then asked them if they had
any prior interaction with them and they stated that they did and that the defendant
“Squids_Awakening” has murdered them almost every time. I asked if they had evidence and
they stated that they do, but I wasn’t going to go through the hassle of getting him to upload
every clip. The complainant stated that they were on Pinkerton protecting the SPS driver from
any sort of danger that they may come across during their shift. The complainant stated that SPS
and Pinkerton have a “contract” to protect them, so that’s why the complainant was following the
SPS delivery driver.
5. Finally, I interview the SPS delivery driver that was shot and killed by the defendant
“Squids_Awakening” and I asked if they knew about the defendant “Squids_Awakening” and if
they have had any prior interaction with them and they stated that they didn’t because this was
their “4th or 5th day on the job”. The SPS driver then stated that they believe that the defendant
“Squids_Awakening” was just looking for people to murder who are there at the wrong time.
Then I asked about the Pinkerton and they stated that they were protecting them like they’re
supposed to do because of their contract with SPS.
