ORDER DECLARING DEFENDANT A DELIQUENT
BACKGROUND
Defendants in the above titled civil matter were found in default judgement on
the 26th day of May 2024. Defendant have had over three weeks to pay but have failed to
do so or make any effort to. Plaintiff filed to declare the Defendant a delinquent
under 1 R. Stat. § 3301 seeking for the court to authorize seizure of Defendant
property until the value of the property seized satisfies the amount owed, which is
$13,688.00 in Ridgeway currency.
I. ORDER OF DELIQUENCY
1. The court hereby authorizes any law enforcement officer of the state to take
the Defendant into custody, inform them that they have an outstanding debt
in court, search the Defendant, their vehicles, and home, and seize any and
all property, firearms, or personal effects to satisfy the amount of
$13,688.00. Upon seizure of any property, the law enforcement officer
seizing that property must transfer the custody of that property to
Plaintiff as soon as possible and notify the court of such seizure.
2. Law enforcement officers are also authorized to destroy any property of
Defendant until the value of the property destroyed/seized amounts to the
debt owed.

3. The Defendant shall have two weeks to satisfy the judgement, if judgement is
not satisfied in two weeks, they shall be arrested for Grand Theft.
4. Furthermore, the court orders that Defendant, under 1 R. Stat. § 3326, shall
not:
a. Register a business.
b. Enroll or be admitted to the Law Enforcement Training Center.
c. Attain employment in any public entity.
d. Contract or do business with the government.
e. Particulate in liquidation sales or auctions.
f. File civil litigation except for cases of equity against the
government which allege grave constitutional violations.
g. File for expungement.
h. Be admitted to the Ridgeway State Bar.
