ORDER
The court finds that criminal information submitted by the state in this matter fails to comply
with Rid. R. Crim. Rule 3(g)(1) as the complainant has not signed the information as required by the
aforementioned rule.
The criminal information is hereby found defective, and as such the finding of probable cause is
reversed. The state shall be allotted forty-eight hours to submit a new criminal information which abides
by all relevant rules of this court. If the state fails to do so, this matter will be dismissed without
prejudice.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
