THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT rogetsII, Plaintiff -against- KDGaulden, Defendant. Case No. RSC-CV-2790 CIVIL COMPLAINT Presiding Judge: Hon. Koala4life rogetsII, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action and for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows: STATEMENT OF FACTS 1. On the 24th of April 2024, at approximately 18:39:33 UTC-4, Plaintiff was walking peacefully down the sidewalk in Sterling Heights, armed with a Cline 911 for self-defense. 2. Defendant can be seen on video recording driving a dark gray Tremor down the road parallel to Plaintiff. 3. Defendant can be seen on video recording stopping the Tremor in the middle of the road, before exiting and drawing a firearm. 4. Defendant can be seen on video recording firing multiple shots at Plaintiff in rapid succession, with seemingly no provocation by Plaintiff for his violent action. 5. Plaintiff can be seen on video jumping in fear and attempting to run away to safety as he is being shot. 6. Defendant can be seen on video killing Plaintiff, causing him to drop two (2) boxes of 9mm ammunition and lose his Cline 911. 7. As Plaintiff lies dead on the ground, Defendant can be seen on video recording taking two (2) of his 9mm ammunition boxes that he dropped. 8. Defendant can be seen on video recording getting back into his Tremor. VENUE 1. Venue is proper in this Court because it takes place in Ridgeway County, and as empowered in Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution, this Court has jurisdiction over all civil and criminal cases in the state. (There shall be a Superior court which shall exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or controversies under the rules as set by the Supreme Court,”) PARTIES 1. rogetsII (“Plaintiff”) is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway and an individual. 2. KDGaulden (“Defendant”) is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway and an individual. ALLEGATIONS FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION 1 R. Stat. § 3109 - Wrongful Death Against KDGaulden 1. All preceding paragraphs of this complaint are hereby incorporated by reference. 2. Defendant killed Plaintiff. 3. Wrongful Death is defined as "Any individual who causes the death of another without legal cause or justification shall be wrongful death and liable for compensatory damages and punitive damages up to $2,500." See 1 R. Stat. § 3109 4. Defendant had no legal cause or justification to kill Plaintiff. PRAYER FOR RELIEF 1. All preceding paragraphs of this complaint are hereby incorporated by reference; 2. Plaintiff requests $2,500 in-game currency as punitive damages; 3. Plaintiff requests $285 in-game currency as compensatory damages (for the Cline 911, totaling in $235 and 2 boxes of 9mm ammunition, totaling in $50) 4. Plaintiff requests that the Court award all the necessary legal fees pertaining to this case on behalf of the Plaintiff to the Plaintiff.
