CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 09 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about March 26th, 2024, within the municipality of Palmer City, Ridgeway County, the defendant,
EiHuolta, unlawfully premeditated the murder of an employee of the state, aspenfun. The defendant
requested their personal vehicles to be towed so they could carry out the premeditated murder of
aspenfun.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about March 26th, 2024, within the municipality of Palmer City, Ridgeway County, the defendant,
EiHuolta, unlawfully brandished and exposed their firearms to the general public without being in the
exercise of self defense and pointing it at a threatening manner towards the victim.
COUNT THREE - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about March 26th, 2024, within the municipality of Palmer City, Ridgeway County, the defendant,
EiHuolta, unlawfully discharged their firearms in the commission of a murder without being in the
exercise of self defense.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On march 26th, 2024, at around 19:41 (UTC -05), aspenfun was conducting his duties as a
Ridgeway County Transit Authority as shown in exhibit B. aspenfun responded to a report about a car
needing towing and aspenfun was attempting to carry out his duties as an Ridgeway County Transit
Authority employee by towing the car. EiHuolta then approached aspenfun with a firearm equipped in
his hands, as shown in exhibit A.
EiHuolta then discharged numerous shots upon aspenfun with his firearm at the waterfall bridge, being a
public area.
Following the gunfire from EiHuolta's firearm, the bullets that were fired out of EiHuoltas firearm had
striked aspenfun numerous times which resulted in aspenfun's death as EiHuolta had killed aspenfun.
The complainant was interviewed, in the interview, the complainant mentions having no previous
encounters with EiHuolta. The complainant also mentions operating as a Ridgeway County Transit
Authority employee but was ambushed after responding to a report of an improperly parked vehicle.
EiHuolta did not respond within 2 days, so an interview was not entertained.
