DELINQUENCY ORDER
1. A petition for and affidavit supporting the delinquency of Defendant has been filed before this
court.
2. The court finds that the defendant has failed to pay the amount owed in this matter, ordered by
the court on 5 June 2024, in the amount of $20,625, within seven days of the order.
3. The court finds that the other statutory requirements, including no attempts to pay nor extended
leaves of absences, are met in this matter.
4. The court finds and declares that the defendant is a delinquent, and that all such penalties
afforded onto them for such declaration shall be imposed at the time of this order.
5. The Secretary of State is ordered to append the name of the defendant to the registry of
delinquents maintained under 1 R. Stat. § 3309.

WRIT OF EXECUTION
TO: ANY DULY CONSTITUTED PEACE OFFICER IN THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
You are hereby COMMANDED and authorized, with the necessary and proper assistance, to
repeatedly, until the amount seized on this writ exceeds $20,625:
1. Take into custody the defendant in the above-entitled action;
2. Inform them that they have outstanding debts in relation to the above-entitled action, and
that such debts are being collected on;
3. Search the defendant;
4. Seize all property of the defendant, legal and illegal, and sell that property at the defined
market rate, including blowing up vehicles in lieu of being able to seize them and the
revocation of any firearms license in lieu of seizure.
5. Release the defendant once there is no more property to sell or when the total amount
seized on this writ exceeds $20,625; and
6. Return a receipt of the items taken and sold to the court, including any vehicles and
firearms licenses.
