STATE OF RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT VARKUS Plaintiff v. XXCOLGUYSS Defendant _______________________________________/ Case No. RSC-CV-2758 WRIT OF EXECUTION WRIT OF EXECUTION To the Sheriff of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway: WHEREAS, Judgment was entered on May 7, 2024, where the court entered default into the above-entitled action for the Defendant’s failure to file an appropriate civil answer within the allotted timeframe along with his obstreperous conduct. Plaintiff counsel filed a petition with the court to declare the Defendant delinquent with an application having been made alongside an affidavit for failure to fulfill the judgment within the allotted time frame of seven days upon the court’s judgment entering default. Judgment was entered on June 10, 2024, declaring the Defendant a delinquent pursuant to 1 R. Stat. §§ 3301 and 3302. WHEREAS, Plaintiff has petitioned for a writ of execution through counsel and the court has heard said petition, see 1 R. Stat. § 3336, and the court has granted the petition. XXCOLGUYSS owes $32,075.00 with a weekly compound interest of 20% starting from June 10, 2024, to the date of service and execution of this writ. SEE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO EXECUTE ON NEXT PAGE To the Sheriff of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway, you are directed to: 1) Take XXCOLGUYSS into custody immediately and inform him that he has outstanding debts, and such debts are being collected upon; 2) Search XXCOLGUYSS and seize all legal property and sell said property at defined market rate until enough money is recovered to satisfy said debt; 3) Seize all illegal property in XXCOLGUYSS possession; 4) Release XXCOLGUYSS once there is no more property to sell or such property sold satisfies the debt. (Does not preclude the Sheriff’s Office or other authorized peace officer from arresting the subject for unlawful property discovered.) LET IT BE REMEMBERED that judgment having been issued ordering the Sheriff of Ridgeway County, Ridgeway to execute a writ of execution requires the Sheriff or his subordinate delegates to maintain a log of property seized and return that list promptly in accordance with 1 R.
