PETITION FOR DELINQUENCY

COMES NOW, Filturaes, Counsel for Plaintiff, in the above-styled cause, and
respectfully represents to this Honorable Court as follows:
INTRODUCTION
1. The Plaintiff, Varkrus, is a Resident of the State of Ridgeway
2. The Defendant, Xxcolguyss, is a Resident of the State of Ridgeway
BACKGROUND
3. The Court entered into a Default Judgement on May 5th, 2024
4. Pursuant to the judgment, Defendant was required to pay the Plaintiff a sum
of $32,075
5. Despite multiple repeated demands for payment, the Defendant has failed
and refused to remit the amount owed to the Plaintiff
REQUEST FOR JUDGEMENT
6. Plaintiff hereby petitions this Honorable Court for a judgment against
Defendant for delinquency totaling $32,075, ($5,000 punitive, $22,000
compensatory, $4,950 attorney fees)
7. Plaintiff further requests an additional 20% interest compounded weekly
from the date the debt became delinquent. 1. R. Stat. § 3303
WHEREAS, “[a] judge may declare a defendant who fails to satisfy a judgment as a
matter of law as a delinquent”, 1. R Stat. § 3301, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that this
Honorable Court enter judgment in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant for the
amount owed, together with any additional relief deemed just and proper by the Court.
