CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the Defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 5 R.C.C. § 01 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On February 27, 2024, at the Annex Building in Palmer, the Defendant was in possession of a Stetson
M2A. At the time of the Defendant’s possession, the Defendant did not possess a Ridgeway Firearms
License Identification nor an Advanced Firearms License.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On February 27, 2024, at the Annex Building in Palmer, the Defendant exhibited his firearm, a Stetson
M2A, in a threatening manner toward JasonBourneAxis in the commission of aggravated extortion and
attempted kidnapping.
COUNT THREE - 6 R.C.C. § 01 - ATTEMPT TO COMMIT A CRIME
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On February 27, 2024, at the Annex Building in Palmer, the Defendant ordered JasonBourneAxis to
enter his vehicle, under threat of assault with a Stetson M2A. The Defendant took steps to commit the
kidnapping of JasonBourneAxis but failed to complete it.
COUNT FOUR - 3 R.C.C. § 16 - AGGRAVATED EXTORTION
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On February 27, 2024, at the Annex Building in Palmer, the Defendant ordered JasonBourneAxis to
“slide some cash” while pointing his Stetson M2A at him, a deadly weapon. The Defendant used the
fear created by the assault to attempt to gain money from JasonBourneAxis.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is domieisok, I am currently a Senior Special Agent within the Ridgeway State Police’s
State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed with the Ridgeway State Police since February
15th, 2022. I am the Lieutenant Colonel for the Ridgeway National Guard’s Combat Support Brigade
and a Chief Ranger for the Ridgeway Park Service as the Operations Command Ranger. I am an
experienced police officer graduating from the Law Enforcement Training Center in Class 5 and
currently employed by the training center as a Probationary Instructor in the Instruction Division.
This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against Flrays7 for violations of the
aforementioned statutes
On 02/27/2024 , at approximately 1643 hours, JasonBourneAxis observed the defendant use an
automatic firearm to attempt to get him to surrender money and to hold him hostage.
In Exhibit A, the defendant is seen arriving at the Annex Building where the Secretary of State,
JasonBourneAxis, is standing out front of. The defendant then asks JasnoBourneAxis to give him some
cash. However when he refuses to surrender the cash, the defendant gets out of the vehicle with a
Stetson M2-A, threatening JasonBourneAxis telling him to give him cash and then shortly after says to
get into the vehicle. At this point, JasonBourneAxis then runs back into the Annex Building and the
video cuts off there.
Unlawful Possession of a Firearm is defined as “The act of possessing any firearm or
ammunition without being a holder of a valid RFLD; or possessing a weapon, firearm, or ammunition
that was sourced from an illegal dealer.” in the Ridgeway State Database. The Stetson-M2A is an
automatic firearm that is issued to law enforcement officers within the state. The defendant is not a
police officer, certified by the Law Enforcement Training Center, or a member of the Ridgeway National
Guard and is not authorized to carry a Stetson M2-A as he is utilizing seen in Exhibit A.
Brandishing is defined in the Ridgeway State Database as “The act, except in self-defense, of
while in the presence of any other person, drawing or exhibiting any firearm, whether loaded or
unloaded, in a rude, angry, or threatening manner, or who in any manner, unlawfully uses a firearm in
any fight or quarrel.” JasonBourneAxis was unarmed when the defendant arrived and showed no threat
to the defendant. The defendant pulled out the Stetson M2-A and aimed it at JasonBourneAxis after he
refused to give the defendant money, using it in a threatening manner and then using that to attempt to
kidnap JasonBourneAxis.
Attempt to Commit a Crime is defined as “The act of abandoning the commission of the crime
after taking steps to commit it, or failing to complete the crime after taking steps to commit it.” in the
Ridgeway State Database. In Exhibit A, the defendant used his firearm to order JasonBourneAxis into
his vehicle, however the defendant is unsuccessful in kidnapping JasonBourneAxis as he runs away into
the Annex building to get away from the defendant.
