MINUTE ORDER
THIS CAUSE is based on a petition filed on the 28th day of April, 2024, authorizing Petitioner
to take the deposition of technocuba pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 20(a). The Court has reviewed the
petition provided by counsel for the petitioner as well as the rule in question.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petitioner is authorized to take the deposition of
technocuba for the purpose of perpetuating testimony. The deposition shall be taken upon oral
examination, and the subject matter of the examination shall be as exclusive to what is described in the
petition. The deposition may be used in any action involving the same subject matter subsequently
brought in this court, in accordance with the provisions of Rid. R. Civ. P. 20.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 28th day of April in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty-four and
the year of our republic, two hundred and forty-seven.
