THIS CAUSE now comes before the court because C9T2Izzy, despite being explicitly restricted from
filing further civil actions without the leave of this court, knowingly and willfully disregarded this court’s order.
C9T2Izzy has admitted to filing a case in direct violation of her restriction and, when ordered to show cause,
made false statements regarding her identity. The original filing restriction imposed by this court was clear and
unambiguous. It was intended to prevent further burden on the court by the numerous frivolous and vexatious
lawsuits that C9T2Izzy has filed over the last several years. C9T2Izzy continues to demonstrate a flagrant
disregard for the authority of this court and the legal system as a whole.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. C9T2Izzy is adjudged guilty of one count of contempt of court (R.C.C. § 1.02).
2. C9T2Izzy is ordered to serve 15 minutes in the county jail.
3. C9T2Izzy is ordered to pay a fine of $5,000 to the court within ninety-six (96) hours.
