The chronology of this matter is as follows:
(1) April 28, 2024: The Plaintiff’s Civil Complaint was accepted and the Defendant was served with a
summons over Discord by direct messages. The Defendant was allotted a total of five days to file a
responsive pleading to the court making the pleading due by May 3, 2024.
(2) May 3, 2024: Defendant has failed to file a responsive pleading within the allotted time. The court
has entered its own default judgment.
The date being May 15, 2024 with no responsive pleading having been filed, the court will enter a
default order on its own motion. The Defendant is ordered to make a payment of $4,000.00 to the Plaintiff
by or before May 20, 2024.
