The chronology of this matter is as follows:
(1) April 27, 2024: The Plaintiff’s Civil Complaint was accepted and the Defendant was served with a
summons over Discord by direct messages.
(2) April 27, 2024: The Defendant appeared and was informed that his responsive pleading was due
by May 1, 2024.
(3) May 3, 2024: The Defendant having had an additional day failed to file his responsive pleading
and therefore this court enters this order on its own motion.
The date being May 3, 2024 with no responsive pleading having been filed, the court will enter a
default order on its own motion. The Defendant is ordered to pay the Plaintiff $5,000.00 in punitive
damages by or before May 7, 2024.
