TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLEA AGREEMENT
1. Count three R.C.C. § 5.04 Brandishing, is dropped (nolle prosequi).
2. Count four R.C.C. § 7.02 Reckless Driving, is dropped (nolle prosequi).
3. Defendant AIl_z pleads guilty to count one R.C.C. § 3.08 Attempted Murder
4. Defendant AIl_z pleads guilty to count two R.C.C. § 5.05 Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm
5. The prosecution and Defendant agree that the Defendant will be sentenced to the following for the
crimes to which the Defendant has pleaded guilty:
a. A fine of $10000; and
b. 20 minutes imprisonment.
6. The Defendant will not be charged by the prosecution or any other prosecutorial body with any
charges not charged in this case, which arose out of the alleged facts in this case.
7. Both the prosecution and the defense in the aforementioned case, sign this plea agreement in
order to indicate their full acceptance of all of the terms and conditions in this plea agreement.
