CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 09 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about April 6th, 2024, in the municipality of Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant,
nohatalex unlawfully premeditated the murder of a resident of the state, boosta_z. The defendant
carefully thought this act out and followed the defendant when they left Sterling Gun Club - this was
done in a retaliatory act due to being arrested by peace officers because of the victim’s tip.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about April 6th, 2024, in the municipality of Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant,
nohatalex, unlawfully discharged his firearm in the commission of a premeditated murder of boosta_z.
This unlawful conduct was more specifically done at Sterling Fitness without due regard for the safety
of others.
COUNT THREE - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about April 6th, 2024, in the municipality of Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant,
nohatalex, unlawfully brandished his firearm in a threatening manner towards the victim, boosta_z, to
engage in unlawful quarrel by Sterling Fitness.
COUNT FOUR - 4 R.C.C. § 09 - EVIDENCE THEFT
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about April 6th, 2024, in the municipality of Sterling Heights, Ridgeway County, the defendant,
nohatalex, unlawfully picked up and stored evidence of a crime scene in their person or vehicle(s) from
Sterling Fitness.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On the 6th of April, 2024 at 8:11 PM EST, complainant boosta_z purchased a Barrage 1014 at
the Sterling Gun Club and exited the building as a gray Cavela driven by suspect nohatalex came to a
stop. As the suspect took notice of the complainant, he executed a u-turn and followed closely, calling
boosta_z a “rider”. nohatalex proceeded to step out of his vehicle in front of Sterling Fitness, drawing a
Wesler and firing it once to kill boosta_z. The suspect was then observed picking up a box of shell
ammunition previously possessed by the complainant. Refer to Exhibit A.
When contacting the complainant, they stated the suspect became frustrated with how they were helping
a friend working for RCU Corporate Security and provided information to law enforcement officers
resulting in the suspect being arrested. Refer to Exhibit B.
In an interview with the suspect, they confirmed what the complainant had mentioned, saying they were
protecting a member of RCU Corporate Security. Refer to Exhibit C.
