CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendants as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 09 - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about March 26th, 2024, within the municipality of Palmer City, Ridgeway County, the
defendants, EiHuolta and thystvr, unlawfully premeditated the murder of an employee of the state,
aspenfun. The defendants requested their personal vehicles to be towed so they could carry out the
premeditated murder of aspenfun.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about March 26th, 2024, within the municipality of Palmer City, Ridgeway County, the
defendants, EiHuolta and thystvr, unlawfully brandished and exposed their firearms to the general public
without being in the exercise of self defense and pointing it at a threatening manner towards the victim.
COUNT THREE - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On or about March 26th, 2024, within the municipality of Palmer City, Ridgeway County, the
defendants, EiHuolta and thystvr, unlawfully discharged their firearms in the commission of a murder
without being in the exercise of self defense.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On march 26th, 2024, at around 19:41 (UTC -05), aspenfun was conducting his duties as a
Ridgeway County Transit Authority as shown in exhibit B. aspenfun responded to a report about a car
needing towing and aspenfun was attempting to carry out his duties as an Ridgeway County Transit
Authority employee by towing the car. EiHuolta and thystvr then approached aspenfun with firearms
equipped in their hands, visibly, as shown in exhibit A.
EiHuolta and thystvr then discharged numerous shots upon aspenfun with their firearms at the waterfall
bridge.
Following the gunfire from EiHuolta and thystvr’s firearms, aspenfun had died whilst aspenfun was
operating as a Ridgeway County Transit Authority employee as demonstrated in both exhibit A and
exhibit B.
The complainant was interviewed, in the interview, the complainant mentions having no previous
encounters with EiHuolta but the complainant, aspenfun, impounded thystvr’s vehicle in the past. The
complainant mentions operating as a Ridgeway County Transit Authority employee but was ambushed
after responding to a report of an improperly parked vehicle.
EiHuolta did not respond within 2 days, so an interview was not entertained.
