GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn, charged,
and organized as such at the APRIL Term, AD, 2024, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, upon their oaths present in
and to said Court at said term that JEPALOON, hereinafter styled Defendant, be hereby charged as follows.
COUNT 1
INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER
R.C.C. § 3.06 / MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of April 10, 2024, Defendant entered the home of an active shooter who
was killed by law enforcement. Upon his respawn at his house, V/DraconicLaw entered his
residency again, shortly after he was killed by D/Jepaloon, who was an active park ranger at the
time. The defendant did this action with the disregard of life and safety for the victim, as the
victim was no longer an active threat.
COUNT 2
AGGRAVATED BATTERY
R.C.C. § 3.05b / FELONY
On or about the date of April 10, 2024, Defendant entered the home of an active shooter who
was killed by law enforcement. Upon his respawn at his house, V/DraconicLaw entered his
residency again, shortly after he was killed by D/Jepaloon, who was an active park ranger at the
time. The defendant utilized a deadly weapon and recklessly caused bodily injury to another.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
