STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On 04/12/2024, at approximately 2158 hours, dataglitchs was shot and killed by the defendant
twice in a short period of time.
In Exhibit A, the complainant, dataglitchs, arrives in their purple van to the front of the
Ridgeway Credit Union where the defendant, Grenadierguards_738, is with a credit union armored van
that has multiple moneybags inside. The complainant begins to exit their stands directly behind the
armored van. After a few seconds of the complainant being behind the armored van, the defendant pulls
out their sidearm and discharges multiple shots into the complainant, killing them.
The complainant then comes back to the Ridgeway Credit Union, where the defendant is still in
the same location with his armored van. The complainant takes three money bags from the armored van
and stores it in their personal van after the defendant opens the armored van. After the money bags are
transferred, the defendant discharges and kills dataglitchs with their sidearm once again.
Exhibit B is an interview with the defendant conducted by your affiant. In the interview, the
defendant openly admits to killing the complainant by claiming that he was too close to the bank truck
and believed he was a danger. The defendant also stated that he believes that he was legally allowed to
discharge their firearm to preserve the money inside of the bank truck, even after admitting to knowing
that The Mint Act was vetoed by State Governor Matrix_oc.
Second-Degree Murder is defined in the Ridgeway State Database as “The act of intentionally or
knowingly causing death of an individual; or of causing, with intent, serious bodily injury and commits
an act clearly dangerous to human life that causes death of an individual; or of committing or attempts to
commit a felony, other than manslaughter, and in the course of and in furtherance of the commission or
attempt, or in immediate flight from the commission or attempt, he commits or attempts to commit an
act clearly dangerous to human life.”. The defendant is seen using a firearm to shoot and kill the
complainant twice, without any means of self-defense justifying the charge of Second-Degree Murder
with two counts.
Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm is defined by the Ridgeway State Database as “The act of
discharging a firearm while within city limits / residential areas without legal means to do such as a
proper permit or for self defense.”. The defendant was not firing in self-defense in either situation and
was intentionally discharging their weapon to kill the complainant, justifying the charge of Unlawful
Possession of a Firearm with two counts.
I swear that all statements made in this statement of probable cause are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge under the pains and penalties of perjury.
