DECLARATION OF JUST_DAPPER
THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY

I, Just_Dapper, declare as follows–
1. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I have personal knowledge of
the facts written in this statement. I understand that if I lie in this statement, I may be held
criminally responsible. This statement is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. My name is Just_Dapper. I am a private investigator for DorkJacob Law, PLLC, a
Ridgeway professional limited liability company, who is acting as counsel for Plaintiff-Petitioner
in the above-styled action. I am also a Corrections Service Sergeant of the Ridgeway County
Sheriff’s Office and am certified as a law enforcement officer by the Law Enforcement Training
Center (LETC).
3. I made the following investigatory findings based on Exhibit A using my law
enforcement training–
“On the date of March 15, 2024, Seal_Love was within Sterling Heights standing just
outside Sterling Fitness. Seal_Love was standing next to an ATM alongside
Beast_Leader, both individuals yielding crowbars. As Beast_Leader was in the process of
robbing the ATM, he swing his crowbar, causing injury to Seal_Love. Seal_Love then
quickly flee's from his attacker, but is apprehended by RSP Trooper Im_Thunderr. The
trooper then places him in the back of his patrol car, and transports him to the RSCO
Substation. While being transported, Seal_Love informs him that he had done nothing
wrong, and was attacked. Im_Thunderr then encourages him to send a video of the
incident, and places him in a holding cell. Seal_Love informs Im_Thunderr that he does
not want to send him the video, and would rather fight it in court, and he is then
arrested.”
