Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 3.10 - Second-Degree Murder
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR/FELONY
On the 8th of March, 2024, at the Sterling Bridge, Vexnorah intentionally caused the death of
TaxesArentAwesome using a Cline 911. Vexnorah did this without a lawful excuse.
COUNT TWO - 3 R.C.C. § 3.05c - Aggravated Battery Class II
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On the 8th of March, 2024, at the Sterling Bridge, Vexnorah used a Cline 911, which is a deadly
weapon, in order to cause serious bodily injury and death to TaxesArentAwesome. TaxesArentAwesome
was a police officer at that time, and Vexnorah had no lawful excuse to cause serious bodily injury and
death to TaxesArentAwesome.
Being authorized to prosecute the offenses charged, I approve this information
