DEFERRED PROSECUTION AGREEMENT
The State of Ridgeway, specifically the Department of Justice (hereinafter "the State"),
and Defendant have entered into a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (hereinafter "the
Agreement"). The terms of this agreement listed below will be effective immediately upon
approval of this Court and this Agreement being rolled into a court order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Defendant Matrix_oc shall agree to collaborate in good faith, and produce a finalized
document, with the Justice Department in drafting and publishing clear guidelines related
to the following:
a. provide baseline policies on the employment of at-will terminations;
b. clarify situations in which they can be applied, and how such; and
c. reinforcement of the practices of when admin leave is legally allowed to be
employed.
2. Defendant BrandonnLUV shall extend an offer of reinstatement to v/Just_Dapper and
v/mistypro2 of reinstatement to the last previous rank and grade.
3. Defendant BrandonnLUV shall collaborate in good faith, and produce a finalized
document, with the Justice Department in order to relax and restructure the OPREGS and
their usage within the National Guard with relation to the following:
a. identifying when disrespect provisions are in effect (Discord v.s. in-game); and
b. clarifying when there is intent to disrespect as an element of the offense.
4. Defendant BrandonnLUV shall agree to void any and all negative employee records of
v/Just_Dapper and v/mistypro2 relating to their at-will discharges and administrative
leaves immediately preceding those discharges, insofar as they are related to the
originating situation.
5. The State agrees to suspend all charges against Defendants until completion of all above
mentioned and listed factors, and agrees to the final dismissal of the charges when the
above mentioned and listed factors have been completed.
6. The Defendants agree that they are satisfied and have received fair and adequate
assistance of counsel throughout the entirety of the trial, deferred prosecution
agreements, and other actions in which Defendants lawyers have acted for, through, and
alongside Defendants.
7. The Justice Department shall lead in policy formulation efforts under paragraphs 1 and 3,
and Defendants shall collaborate with the Justice Department in a manner deemed
suitable by both parties at a later date.
DEFENDANT'S STATEMENT
I, the Defendant, hereby agree that I have consulted with my attorney and fully
understand all rights with respect to the Information. I have read this Agreement and carefully
reviewed every part of it with my attorney. I understand this agreement and I voluntarily agree to
it.

CONSENT OF THE STATE
The State, having gained the permissions as necessary by law and policy, does hereunto
enter into an agreement with the Defendant and pledges to fulfill the obligations guaranteed
through this Agreement. The signatories here declare that all submissions are made in good faith
to the Court and to all intensive purposes this shall serve as a de facto good faith certificate
concurrently as an Agreement.
