When we first agreed upon at a time for his department discharge search, I
instructed him to meet me at RSP. He responded with, "no," "go rcso sub."
Though it is standard procedure to do so at RSP, I did not want to argue over
a minute thing with no impact on the search. After that, he refused to get
off the RCSO team. I then DMed him "You have to be on the resident team." He
then responded with, "says what," "show me the policy." I then responded with
"Well you aren't allowed to spawn civilian cars on the RSCO team are you?"
"And how am I supposed to cuff you?" Mandatorymorale then got off team, and
proceeded to spawn all of his vehicles and search them himself before I could
conduct the discharge search. After that, he allowed me to cuff him and I
attempted to search his player, and he did not give consent. After some time,
he accepted it, and we moved on to his vehicles. I then attempted to search
his vehicle, and he did not give consent. After some time, he said "just
ovevrrdie," "im going AFK." I responded with "No, accept." He responded with

"no lol." After some time, he then accepted it. I went to spawn in the next
vehicle, however, the spawnpad was blocked by his current one. So, as
standard procedure, I broke his window and moved his Actilla Sport. He then
requested a supervisor. I then contacted my supervisor, mistypro2 and
explained what happened, asking her to join the game. While waiting, he made
remarks such as, "youre the one who decided to discharge me, not my fault you
committed a crime while doing an exit search." After that, my supervisor
arrived. Mistypro2 then asked why mandatory was not complying with the
search, and mandatory began to explain how I broke his window. I accused him
of planning on this happening, saying that he chose the RCSO substation
because he knew I would have to break his window to spawn another car. After
lengthy conversation, I then proceeded to spawn the next vehicle and search
it.
I then equipped my baton and told him I was going to move his car, which he
refused. We then took him to RSP to conduct the search there, and he
disconnected, claiming his laptop's battery died.

At the end of all of this, mandatorymorale then contacted me and questioned
my competence as SAA, asking me to explain to him how I maintain activity
within all my positions in ridgeway. I believe he has only done this out of
personal spite of the whole RNG situation. Furthermore, as a result of this
incident, I am being investigated by Military Police Investigations and my
perfect record in the guard and Ridgeway as a whole is at stake for something
I believe is frivolous. This event has been detrimental to me and my career,
and I even have a screenshot from DO stating that breaking windows is
standard procedure.

Actually I apologize, I had my dates confused. The March 6 administrative
leave was in connection with a complaint submitted against Just_Dapper by
mandatorymorale because he believed that, during morale's exit search,
Just_Dapper breaking the windows of morale's vehicles during the search was
an illegal act. This leave was done as part of an internal affairs action and
discussed by the internal affairs unit. He was then removed from
administrative leave on March 7. I had confused this with March 9 which was
when the series of events I have just described occurred.

It was about somebody he promoted. I had been carrying the MIS division for
about a year, doing every case and BGC, and they told me in VC i would be
getting a promotion to 2LT before all this happened. However, he decided to
promote constantlyverbal instead. Constantlyverbal was not a current member
of the guard, he re-enlisted. During his re-enlistment they rushed me to do
his BGC and rushed TS to do his training, and immediately promoted him from
recruit to 2LT, Head investigator of MPI. He only discussed this decision
with royalty and domie, who are both friends of verbal. He did not discuss
this with chevy, misty, or I, the appropriate individuals. Because of this,
misty and I called matrix and Bluv out for lying to me about me getting the
promotion, and them free ranking their friend to the position. We criticized
him for hiring his best friend, Bluv, to be AG, and their lack of
transparency. We criticized them for their obvious bias, and terrible
leadership. Matrix then began to threaten to "embarrass her in front of her
subordinates." He became agitated and hostile, and used profanities, he
claimed that "disrespecting the governor was an offense," and told me and
misty to "learn your place." He said that if we didn't like him, we should
leave, and many other things.

for the record, MPI is the same thing as MIS. Command restructured the
special operations wing (MIS), to be military police investigations (MPI)
before Bluv was given the position, this was done to prevent him from free
ranking his friends, but it clearly didnt work

the game. When I asked why he said it was for an "MP Meeting." Shortly after
an announcement was sent in the MP server about the meeting, telling everyone
to join. Once I joined, they deleted the announcement, Marinify, BrandonnLuv,
RoyaltySyn, and Japan_2s were all waiting for me at RNG spawn. When I spawned
in they told me I was being searched. When I asked why, RoyaltySyn said "it
will all make sense later." I then realized I was being at-willed and
confronted Royalty, who said "we gave you a chance", "but the disrespect."
After doing this and tricking me into joining, without informing me I was
being at-willed, they escortred me to RSP and searched all my vehicles

Just_Dapper asked why he was on administrative leave but still was never
given a reasoning

On March 9th, we had noticed that ConstantlyVerbal was promoted to 2nd
Lieutenant within the Military Police Intelligence which led to Just_Dapper
getting upset. Just_Dapper worked so hard for MPI and carried for a while
just for his position to be taken away by an outsider. Just_Dapper pinged
BrandonLuv saying how he's just going to keep inviting his friends to MP and
replace us. There was a huge argument that lasted for a bit. Just_Dapper then
pinged Governor Matrix, who is in the MPI discord (not sure why) and
proceeded to say how he supported him and whatnot. Matrix then comes into the
chat insulting him, insulting me. At which point, Dapper made a comment about
how Matrix was going to have him atwilled. Matrix then proceeded to say "if I
wanted u at willed trust me pal youd be done gone plucked" then proceeds to
say that we have disrespected the governor which is an offense. I had told
Dapper multiple times to stop, but Matrix kept instigating and continuing the
argument. A few hours later, both Just_Dapper and I were at-willed from the
guard
