IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn, charged,
and organized as such at the MARCH Term, AD, 2024, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, upon their oaths present
in and to said Court at said term that BRANDONNLUV, hereinafter styled Defendant, be hereby charged as
follows.
COUNT 1
OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT
R.C.C. § 6.06 / FELONY
On or about MARCH 6, 2024, Defendant BrandonnLUV used his position as Major General to
order the placement of Sergeant First Class Just_Dapper on administrative leave without
approval or execution of an internal affairs entity within the National Guard. Under state law,
Defendant BrandonnLUV therefore committed an unauthorized and prohibited act, knowing that
his conduct was expressly forbidden by state law. Defendant BrandonnLUV, having sworn an
oath to uphold the laws, and having recognized existing state employment laws, knowingly and
intentionally committed an act related to his office but exceeding his authority.
COUNT 2
OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT
R.C.C. § 6.06 / FELONY
General to order the placement of First Sergeant Mistypro2 on administrative leave without
approval or execution of an internal affairs entity within the National Guard. Under state law,
Defendant BrandonnLUV therefore committed an unauthorized and prohibited act, knowing that
his conduct was expressly forbidden by state law. Defendant BrandonnLUV, having sworn an
oath to uphold the laws, and having recognized existing state employment laws, knowingly and
intentionally committed an act related to his office but exceeding his authority.
COUNT 3

On or about MARCH 9, 2024, Defendant BrandonnLUV used his position as Brigadier General
to process and issue an At-Will Discharge of First Sergeant Mistypro2 in a retaliatory manner
that is prohibited under state laws governing employment protections. Under state law,
Defendant BrandonnLUV therefore committed an unauthorized and prohibited act, knowing that
his conduct was expressly forbidden by state law. Defendant BrandonnLUV, having sworn an
oath to uphold the laws, and having recognized existing state employment laws, knowingly and
intentionally committed an act related to his office but exceeding his authority.

COUNT 6
CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT A CRIME
R.C.C. § 6.02 / FELONY
On or about MARCH 9, 2024, Defendant Matrix_OC, in the course of duties as Governor of
Ridgeway discussed and conspired with Defendants BrandonnLUV and Royalty2s regarding the
At-Will Discharges of Just_Dapper and Mistypro2. Defendant Matrix_OC, having recognized
that the issuance of an At-Will Discharge out of retaliation was against state law, conspired with
his co-defendants to order the dismissal of Just_Dapper and Mistypro2.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
A true bill.
