ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
WHEREAS, upon request of the Government in the above-styled case in the Superior Court of the State
of Ridgeway, as well as upon sufficient cause and determination made by the Court, it is determined that the
above-named Defendant is absent from proceedings for the aforementioned case.
WHEREAS, the Court provides the following notice to the Defendant as required under 1 R. Stat. §
4204(a):
IMPORTANT NOTICE
DEFENDANT: You are being ordered to show cause as to why you have not abided by the past
summons served to you by the Sheriff’s Office or the State Prosecutor in this case. This is your FINAL
NOTICE to appear before the Court before you are declared a fugitive from justice under the Debt
Recovery Act (2024).
If you fail to join the Superior Court Discord before 04/23/2024 at 10:00 AM ET, you will be declared a
fugitive from justice, which means that:
● You cannot hold public office or employment by any State, county, or municipal entity.
● You may be dishonorably discharged (blacklisted) from any current employment.
● No private store, organization, or business may transact commerce with you, nor can you own
or register a business with the Department of State.
● The government may search your property at any time, without a warrant.
● You cannot own, carry, possess, or operate any deadly weapon, firearm, or object which may
cause serious bodily injury.
● You cannot own, carry, possess, or hold sugarcane, or sugarcane paraphernalia.
● You may not be admitted into the Law Enforcement Training Center or the Bar Association.
● All claims to statute of limitations on your criminal case are forefeited for time spent as a
fugitive.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant is ordered to
appear before the Court by the above-listed date and time in the Superior Court Discord and make themselves
available before the Honorable Judge OnlyTwentyCharacters. At that time and place, the Defendant is ordered
to show cause as to their absence and why they should not be declared a fugitive from justice under the meaning
of the Debt Recovery Act of 2024 (1 R. Stat. § 4201).
