v.
ECTOPIEX, ET AL.
Defendant
MINUTE ORDER
THIS CAUSE is based on Motion for Preliminary Injunction filed by the Plaintiff, seeking to
enjoin the Defendant, Xxcolguyss, from committing further acts of threats and violence. The Court has
reviewed the motion provided by Counsel flusherpoem39o in his April 15th filing. Counsel for the
defendant failed to respond to the motion by the deadline imposed, and then extended, by the court.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion for a Preliminary Injunction is DENIED. The
motion fails to specify the conduct to be enjoined and does not provide a clear request for relief.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 19th day of April in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty-four and the year
of our republic, two hundred and forty-seven.
