Temporary Restraining Order
TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
Before the Court is Plaintiff AlexTurnerUsed who brings this Petition for Temporary
Restraining Order. On review of Plaintiff’s Petition, it is ordered that the Petition is GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants ECTOPIEX and DAUDSR, and all
persons acting on their behalf, are hereby restrained and enjoined from selling, transferring, or
otherwise relinquishing ownership of the Property located at 1A Palm View, Palmer, Ridgeway.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this Order shall expire 5 days after entry thereof or
on the date of any extension of the expiration date granted by the Court.
CONCLUSION
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED in chambers in Palmer, Ridgeway
