STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Ma_rces, I am currently a Probationary Special Agent within the Ridgeway
State Police’s State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed by the State Police since
August 30th, 2022. I’ve been a law enforcement officer for well over a year now. I’m a former
Ridgeway Park Service Senior Park Ranger and served as a Full-Time Ranger. I was also
formerly employed within the Ridgeway County Fire Department as a Master Firefighter within
the Search and Rescue Division. I am a certified peace officer by the Law Enforcement Training
Center and graduated as Class 8.
This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against ErosBosi1234 for
violations of the aforementioned statutes
On 03/19/2024, the complainant Deputy TaxesArentAwesome of the Ridgeway County
Sheriff's Office initiated a pursuit with the defendant ErosBosi1234, the suspect fled from the
Deputy and led law enforcement on a chase. The chase led to the Sterling Memorial Bridge in
which the suspect, upon arrival at the State Police highway junction intersection, crashed their
vehicle into the dividing barriers in between the southbound and northbound lanes. They were
immediately pinned in by the complainant TaxesArentAwesome. Immediately following this
maneuver, the defendant ErosBosi1234 left the game.
On 03/21/2024, the Ridgeway State Police’s State Bureau of Investigations was made
aware of the action of the defendant. As a result, Probationary Special Agent Ma_rces was
assigned to investigate the incident.
The investigations in the matters at hand were continued, an interview was conducted
with the complainant. The defendant could not be contacted. In the original complaint, the
Deputy cited the first interactions with the suspect began as they were suspected to be a suspect
in a robbery within the City Limits of Palmer, which is later referenced to be Palmer City Gas
Station. The suspect fled, and where they ended up in the Milton area in which the clip begins. In
my interview with the complainant they stated, they were chasing the suspect from an incident
they couldn't remember, but the original complaint clarified this. The complainant was asked if
they had any interaction with the defendant prior to this incident, which they did not (Reference
to Exhibit B). Furthermore, they were asked if they could recount the reason for the original
cause for pursuit, in which the complainant responded with Evidence Theft, but once more the
original cause for pursuit was clarified in the original criminal complainant. A full transcript with
the complainant can be found in Exhibit B.
I declare under penalty of perjury that everything stated in this document is true and correct to the best
of my knowledge and belief.
