SENTENCE SUMMARY
The Defendant has been adjudicated GUILTY of the offenses aforementioned based on
plea agreement agreed to by the parties and accepted by the Superior Court of the State of
Ridgeway in and for the District of the City of Palmer.
CREDIT TIME SERVED
The Court notes that the Defendant was previously held in the custody of the State
related to this incident. Pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 2301, the Defendant is to receive credit
for time served in custody to be stipulated as follows:
SUSPENDED SENTENCE
The sentence of imprisonment is suspended in part and the County Sheriff is directed not
to take custody of the Defendant for that part. Upon complete service of the conditions
of service as ordered above, the remainder of the sentence is discharged; PROVIDED,
that the Defendant comply with all terms of probation imposed by the Court.
RESTITUTION ORDERED
The Court additionally orders that the Defendant shall pay restitution to the victims of
the crime in an amount and disbursement directed by the Court as follows and with
assistance by the County Sheriff:

The sentence of imprisonment is to be applied intermittently in a plan applied in
coordination with the Court and the County Sheriff, based on the following factors that

CONDITIONS OF PROBATION
(IF APPLICABLE)
The Defendant has been ordered to serve a set amount of time in a probation program
administered by the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office. If any of the following terms are violated
or the probation is revoked for any reason, the Court may impose any suspended sentence
pending judgment as well as additional incarceration as required by state law.
● You are to report once every five (5) days to your assigned probation officer pursuant to 1
R. Stat. § 2303.
● You are to comply with all searches of your house, apartment, dwelling, vehicles, or other
belongings pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 2307 if there exists reasonable suspicion of any
contraband or unlawful activity by any law enforcement officer.
● You are not to carry, possess, or discharge any firearm during your term on probation
pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 2306.
● You are to identify yourself as a person on probation if ever asked by a law enforcement
officer during your term on probation pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 2309.
● You are not to commit any crimes, engage in criminal behavior, or otherwise be charged
for a criminal offense within the State of Ridgeway during your term on probation.
● You are not to engage in any injurous, confrontational, or aggressive communications
with any person that was related to this case, including attorneys for the Government, any
victims of the case, witnesses, or other relevant persons.
● You are not to purchase, possess, sell, or otherwise have any unlawful materials,
including government equipment made unlawful under R.C.C. § 5.08 except when
required as part of your employment with the Government.
● You are to notify your probation officer within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase of any
house, apartment, or other dwelling.
