Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the
state and therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE
(Second-Degree Murder)
I, Arthur_Chen, a State Attorney duly employed to investigate and prosecute
criminal violations of law in the interest of the State of Ridgeway do find as
follows: On or about March 2nd, 2024, within the geographic bounds of Cyrus
Acres, Ridgeway County the defendant, oyungezen3, did unlawfully and
feloniously cause the death of DannyDoesApprove by intentionally shooting him
with a handgun, while DannyDoesApprove was fleeing in a black Actila after
robbing the gas station, in violation of R.C.C § 3.10 Second-Degree Murder.

feloniously cause the death of Ontario_RBLX by intentionally shooting him with a
handgun, shortly after shooting DannyDoesApprove, in violation of R.C.C § 3.10
Second-Degree Murder. AGAINST THE PEACE, GOVERNMENT, AND

STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is domieisok, I am currently a Special Agent within the Ridgeway State
Police’s State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed with the Ridgeway State Police
since February 15th, 2022. I am the Lieutenant Colonel for the Ridgeway National Guard’s
Combat Support Brigade and a Chief Ranger for the Ridgeway Park Service as the Operations
Command Ranger. I am an experienced police officer graduating from the Law Enforcement
Training Center in Class 5.
This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against oyungezen3 for
violations of the aforementioned statutes
On 03/02/2024, at approximately 1402 hours, Ontario_RBLX observed the defendant kill
a civilian with a handgun and then use that handgun to kill him.
In Exhibit A, you can see the defendant arrive in their green Cavela and jump on the roof
of a black Actila that was fleeing after just robbing the gas station. The defendant then began
shooting at the driver of the black Actila, identified as DannyDoesApprove, who crashed into a
fence and tried to run on foot but was shot in the process by the defendant. Shortly after, the
defendant reloads their handgun and shoots the witness, Ontario_RBLX, before being grabbed
by a deputy sheriff.
In Exhibit B, the witness reaffirms his point of view telling your affiant that he arrived at
the gas station to where the defendant shot and killed the robber of the gas station, which was
identified as the driver of the black Actila, DannyDoesApprove. The witness then goes to say
that he fatally shot him right after, and the deputy who detained the defendant released him.
In Exhibit C, your affiant attempted to have an interview with the defendant, however he
eventually ended up being unresponsive and your affiant decided to end the conversation there.
Second-degree murder is defined as “The act of intentionally or knowingly causing death
of an individual; or of causing, with intent, serious bodily injury and commits an act clearly
dangerous to human life that causes death of an individual; or of committing or attempts to
commit a felony, other than manslaughter, and in the course of and in furtherance of the
commission or attempt, or in immediate flight from the commission or attempt, he commits or
attempts to commit an act clearly dangerous to human life.”. The defendant intentionally arrived
at the Cyrus Acres Gas Station and jumped willingly onto the gas station robber’s car and fatally
shot him, and then shortly after shooting the witness. This meets the threshold to charge the
defendant with second-degree murder on two counts.
I swear that all statements made in this statement of probable cause are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge under the pains and penalties of perjury.
